My friend recommended hypnotherapy to me, and I was keen to try a new form of therapy to address my anxiety and depression issues. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the sessions, but the time spent working with Graham has helped me more than I’d ever have thought!
One of the elements of hypnotherapy that appealed to me the most, was that there was a focus on what is positive in your life. The session starts with a discussion about some good things that have happened through the week, and we noticed that by the end, my “good things” list was getting so long- much longer than when I’d started!

I started hypnotherapy when I was in a very low place. I was struggling with looking after myself and keeping on top of basic chores, as well as dealing with personal issues and sleeping problems. By the end, I was finding myself doing the washing up without a problem, cooking healthy food, and sleeping without waking up constantly. The biggest difference though, was that I was aware of how to help myself; I feel positive and able to put things into perspective. I can’t thank Graham enough for his help, and I would 100% recommend this process for anyone!
